Support and Talk

Access to counselling services through the GP referral service can be a long drawn out wait for an appointment, so just knowing there is someone there who is non-judgmental and can offer a listening ear can often be such a help when you are feeling alone.

Our one-to-one sessions  are relaxed and informal. We aim to help you build your confidence and create a space for you to feel free to be you.

Our support sessions are not a replacement for counselling, we are a support & talk service that offers a listening service

If you feel you may benefit from our service then contact a member of our team in confidence.
